Reverse engineer the learning experience, utilizing content experts, to ensure comprehensive scope and sequence alignment with state standards.
Research and incorporate best educational practices to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Track and analyze multiple data inputs (common assessments, benchmarks, state assessments, etc.) to make necessary instructional and intervention adjustments.
Monitor, create, implement, and review students' Individualized Education Program (IEP).
Human Capital
Utilizing AppHQ & position control guidelines, recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-quality faculty and staff throughout all levels of the organization.
Deliver specific and timely feedback through a transformative coaching model.
Implement shared leadership opportunities for faculty and staff to meaningfully contribute.
Provide growth-centered evaluations via the T-TESS evaluation cycle.
Executive Leadership
Establish continuous improvement protocol for all operational facets.
Collaborate with campus, district, and state leaders to enrich the educational experience.
Effectively communicate with all stakeholders – using technology to enhance the communication process.
Uphold morals, ethics, and values for all faculty and staff
School Culture
Aid in the development of the Campus Improvement Plan (CIP), mission statement, and vision – upholding the standards for all stakeholders.
Establish positive rapport with guardians, faculty, staff, and students.
Increase family and communal involvement – effectively planning, communicating, and executing tailored programs that reflect the interests of the student population.
Design systems that support a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Deliver individualized consequences centered on positive behavior change.
Reflect on disciplinary data and identify systemic disciplinary concerns, implementing necessary adjustments to mitigate undesirable behavior.
Strategic Operations
Support Campus Leadership Team (CLT) in the formative reviews of strategies outlined in the CIP. Monitor and adjust approaches as needed.
Maximize instructional minutes devoted to learning, preemptively planning to mitigate the loss of valuable instructional time.
Conduct comprehensive needs assessment to ensure that resources are aligned with organizational goals.
Coordinate with district leaders to design and modify policies that best support the individual needs of the campus.
