Have you thought about what all you have accomplished over the last 3 months? This past week as Adams got the opportunity to host the first Learning Team Calibration, it was such a joy to share with others outside our building all the amazing things happening in our classrooms and across the campus. One of the highlights for the hosting campus is you get to share your campus goals/aspirations, problem of practice, and instructional focus for the year. As I presented our goals and information about the campus, it truly brought me an overwhelming sense of pride as I reflected on the work, the grind, and our team! If you had visitors in your room or saw people walking around the halls, including Dr. Warren, I want you to know how pleasant the morning was as everyone who visited communicated how much they enjoyed spending the morning on our campus!

We will spend time reviewing and studying the feedback given to us. It will be shared with department chairs who will relay feedback to each respective department. Let's keep the momentum of high expectations for learning as we begin the dash to Thanksgiving break. Keep up the good work! Your dedication to your students and your craft is admired, respected, appreciated, and oh so inspiring!
