Sometimes we have to be reminded of our greatness. When it seems like the days are mundane, with the same old, same old it helps to be reminded of your greatness!!
I got permission to share a snippet of this email thread where Houston Kraft, Co-Founder of Character Strong and author of Deep Kindness (our summer book of study) recommends to a researcher and author that he study Adams Middle School in NISD as a successful Character Strong advisory program! Wow! You are doing great things everyday and making an impact that has no boundaries. Shout out to Kandle Pierce, our leader of advisory and Character Strong, who has set the bar high and as a result our kids benefit greatly!

As we begin to plan and work on next year's master schedule, please fill out the planning and preferences form for next school year! Spring time is all about planning for next year. We have had our annual campus staffing meeting with HR where we review projections on enrollment, plus we have reviewed our anticipated campus budget and will fine tune budgeting items for all programs and departments. Counselors are meeting with students and families to begin the process of entering course requests -and the master schedule soon gets rolling and taking shape for next year. Please provide input here as part of the important process of planning. There are no promises are guarantees, but knowing your plans and preferences gives great insight into the overall planning process for the campus. Please fill this out by Friday, March 25.
