  1. All the participants shall maintain any information obtained herein in strict confidence, and shall not disclose, provide, or leak any confidential information anywhere else without prior written consent.

  2. It is prohibited to record, save screen captures, etc. by any means.

  3. Do not share the link ID and password of the online site with others.

  4. All the participants are considered to agree on this confidential policy upon the entrance to this meeting.

  5. An unintended risk of leakage may be unavoidable for any information displayed online. The organizing committee of this meeting shall ask all the participants to understand this risk upon their presentations.


  1. 研究会の発表内容には未発表データも含まれます。研究会で得た情報は機密情報として扱い、事前の書面による同意なくして、研究会以外の場所で開示・提供・漏洩しないようにしてください。

  2. 発表資料の録画、録音、画面のキャプチャ保存等は、手段を問わず禁止といたします。

  3. オンライン開催サイトのリンク先ID、パスワードを他の人に教えないで下さい。

  4. この研究会に入室した時点で、この機密情報の取り扱いにご同意いただいたものといたします。

  5. オンライン開催の性質上、一定の情報漏洩のリスクは避けられません。このリスクには各自で十分にご注意いただき、発表をしていただけますようにお願い申し上げます。

発表について

  • 口演発表は、発表２０分+質疑応答５分　を予定しています。

  • ポスター発表はありません。Short talk として、発表５分+質疑応答３分　を行います。

  • 発表を希望される方は参加登録のページで、発表形式を選び、タイトルを必ずご記入ください。

  • 発表の申し込み締め切り：締め切りました（11月20日）。

Guidelines for Presentation speakers

  • Oral presentation : presentation 20 min + discussion 5 min(about)

  • Short talk : Presentation 5 min + discussion 3 min(approximately). NO Poster presentation.

  • Please apply your presentation title from "APPLICATION" page.

  • 名前・所属は、発表者だけでなく、共著者全員の名前・所属を記載してください。

  • このまま報告書として使用するため、過去形で作成してください。（現在進行中や思索・推測などの文言は含めないでください。）

  • 抄録はテンプレーを参考に作成してください。

  • Language: English. Up to 200 words.

  • It is required to include not only first author's name and affiliation, but also all the co-author's names and affiliations on your abstract.

  • Abstracts should be written in the past tense for stating your results or observations (DO NOT include results or interpretations for your ongoing experiments).
