The Lead LCRN for a portfolio study will work with the study's chief investigator to discuss recruitment needs and develop a Health Informatic as early in the process as possible; preferably with ring fenced study team funding. The LCRN agrees with the study team how the Health Informatic will be shared locally. They also agree that this can be shared nationally with other LCRNs and GP sites via LCRN sharing platforms, the national PRIDES website and GP System Supplier sharing platforms. This process can be used for commercial studies by agreement. Visit your local CRNs PRIDES website to find out what support they offer.
