First Steps

The First Steps programme is open to anyone working in local government or the voluntary and charitable sector in the South West Peninsula region. It aims to ignite your passion and interest in research as well as develop skills and knowledge which will allow you to support NIHR studies, embed research in the workforce and give you the motivation so that together we can create a pathway to a future career in health and social care research.
