Below you will find copies of documents you may need to complete advising electronically.

Accessing and Editing Documents

To edit a document in Google Drive:

Click file > make a copy.
Choose your file name (or keep the current name)
Select the folder you would like it to be organized in.
Click 'ok'
Your editable copy of the file will now be in your Drive.

To edit a document as Word Doc on your computer:

Click file > download
Select "Microsoft Word (.dox)"
The file will be downloaded into your preset download folder.

Electronic Signatures

Google Docs

You can add your signature to any Google Doc using the HelloSign add-on for docs. Click here for more information. To use HelloSign when viewing a Google Doc, click Add-ons > Get Add-ons > Search for HelloSign > click install. Once the Add-on is installed, click Add-ons, select HelloSign and follow in the on screen instructions to add your signature to the document.

PDF

To fill out and sign a PDF, use DocHub . You can log in with your Nicholls email address by clicking 'Sign in with Google'
