GRADES are updated WEEKLY based on what is turned in EACH WEEK. 

All weekly work is DUE each FRIDAY  (unless otherwise noted in class and Infinite Campus).

Most of our classwork is completed in our in-class  unit packets. Occasionally we have an assignment on an outside site like CommonLit, Edpuzzle, or Quizizz for example, where students need to complete an assignment digitally.  This information and needed links are always posted in the daily Infinite Campus Curriclum directions. 

 Grading Policies:

When Absent

• Write the dates you were out on the rubric in your PACKET and mark it “ABSENT”; then finish the work you missed using the directions in Infinite Campus.

• Students have 2 school days for each day you were absent to get the work completed and turned-in.

• It’s the student's responsibility to READ DIRECTIONS in Infinite Campus and see what was missed and submit missed work accordingly.

Late Work Policy

• You can turn in late work up to TWO DAYS after the due date for full credit. After that, the highest you can earn is  50% for completed work. Missing work will always receive a 0; The grade will be updated once the work is submitted.

• The last day to submit MAKE UP work will be at the END of EACH UNIT; after that the folder and assignments  will no longer be accessible in Infinite Campus. 

Exceptions:

• Some homework assignments (like CommonLit, Edpuzzle, etc.) are due the next day before class starts. If you turn these in late, the highest grade you can get is a 50.
