On 13th October the ceramics room was transformed into a vibrant pop-up printmaking studio by the Singapore Tyler Print Institute (STPI). Year 11 learners from the IGCSE Art and Design course, developed skills in drypoint printmaking and monoprinting guided carefully by professional printmaker Dahlia Osman.
This was an exciting opportunity for learners to develop new techniques and create some wonderful unique printmaking artworks. This experience was thoroughly enjoyable and will influence and inform the artwork of our learners as they prepare to submit their IGCSE coursework. A huge thanks to STPI for bringing their expertise and specialist equipment to Nexus!
