A Spooktacular Evening of Music

Don’t miss out on our wonderful Halloween themed Secondary Music Ensembles Concert on Wednesday 24th October, 7.30pm in the Nexus Auditorium. No tickets are required.

The Chamber Choir, Orchestra, Choir, Year 9 Rock Bands, Guitar Ensemble and Year 8 learners have been busy all term preparing for what will be not only a high level of musicianship and performances on display but it promises to be an entertaining thriller of a ride into the night!!!

Wearing all black, and Halloween decorations are recommended if you want to join in with the fun, but not essential!!!

IGCSE and IB Performance Recordings

The Year 11 and 12 music examination learners participated in an informal recital to the Year 10 musicians. This was in preparation for later in the year when the ‘real’ coursework performances will take place.

Offering a performing platform enables learners to better prepare for the exams. They learn how to present, gain confidence in front of an audience and practise their pieces ready for the exams.

Well done to Udit, Noel and Phoebe for a lovely evening of music!
