Coffee Morning Update
Thanks to all who attended our NPG Coffee Morning yesterday! Karien van Ditzhuijzen and Kimberly Hoover of 'HOME: Humanitarian Organisation for Migration Economics' led a fascinating discussion on foreign domestic workers, their rights, and their stories, some of which are collected in the new book 'Our Homes, Our Stories'.
Click the image to introduce you to some of the incredible ladies who tell their stories in the book. If you’d like to buy a copy for yourself, you can visit My Voice at Home. All of the book proceeds go to help HOME and it programmes.

The NPG team remains on the look-out for parents (all parents are Members of the Nexus Parent Group (NPG)) to assist in school life and activities. We all have difference amounts of time that we can commit to and add to the vibrancy of the School community, so whether you can donate a lot or a little of your time to the Committee, we welcome you. Please drop me a line to npg@nexus.edu.sg.
Please approach any of the team in the NPG Room at any time to volunteer your assistance and please keep an eye on our re-vamped Facebook page – Nexus Parents Group.
