For sure setting goals that make sense for you and your family but here are some ideas to help get you started.
Fifteen minutes of solo time with each child, 3x a week
Family dinner night, 5x a week
Family walks after dinner, 3-5x a week
Fifteen minutes of quiet time on weekends
Family game night once a week
Cook-with-me once a week, child gets to pick meals and prepares together
Just a reminder: we do not have to try all these goals at the same time. Start with one. Or add one to the one you’re already doing. Then go from there. These are OPTIONS not requirements. Make it your own!
