Lunar New Year Lunch

On 14th Feb, the NCG hosted a Lunar New Year Lunch at the newly opened Hey Kee restaurant. The 26 people who attended were transported to 1980s Hong Kong and had a lovely time eating and mingling. Thanks to all that came and celebrated with us.

Nexus International Fair 2024

May 18th, 12pm-5:30pm

We are so excited for the return of the international fair! It was a great event last year, and this year we want to go even bigger and better. 

We want to showcase the true diversity of Nexus and need your help to make sure we represent all of countries that you call home. Please could you take 2 minutes to complete this survey to ensure that we know what countries we need to represent at the fair: https://forms.gle/E32fdFhKsK1YpNLD6 

If you would like to help in the organising or running of the international fair, we are still looking for people to join the core International Fair committee and will also be asking for volunteers to help in the run-up/on the day in due course. Closer to the event, there will also be the always-popular book and toy drive so keep an eye out as we will be requesting donations after the March school vacation.

NCG WhatsApp Community

As well as giving key updates to what's going on in the NCG calendar, the NCG have a huge number of groups for you to join on our WhatsApp community. From book clubs to language classes, and from tennis and walking to paddleboarding and days out, there really is a group for all interests. We also have groups for many of the countries represented at Nexus. All groups are open to join and meet-ups and events are regularly scheduled for lots of the groups.
