Learners have recently completed a powerful unit on human rights and social change. They delved into the history and ongoing struggles related to various rights movements around the world.
Learners investigated a specific rights issue of their choice and created advocacy websites to raise awareness and inspire action. Through this project, they developed essential research, critical thinking, and digital literacy skills. They also learned how to effectively communicate complex information and use digital platforms for positive social impact.
We are incredibly proud of their hard work and dedication - Please click on the images below to explore some of our Learners' work.
Our Year 10 learners have a made a fabulous start to their IGCSE course. Their first task was to design and make the bottle and point of display stand for a commercial product such as aftershave or perfume. They have successfully researched their end user, created a moodboard, analysed existing products on the market, written a specification, sketched their ideas, used Computer Aided Design to create a 3D model of their design and then manufactured their products! You can see them on display right now in the Atrium on Level 2.
