Monday is a staff professional development day.

Chartwells will be having a system upgrade of their Konbini meal ordering platform during this upcoming March school holidays and the system will not be accessible from Friday 15th March at 4pm to 19th March 2024. This change is in efforts to make the system more organised for parents/ 

Some of the upcoming changes will be as follows:

• Change to a monthly meal plan subscription instead of the current subscription by per term which will allow the purchase of monthly meal plans rather than the whole term which stretches cross 39-42 days

• Options to pre-order for your child on certain days if the monthly meal plan is not preferred

• Menu will be made available in the ordering online platform to toggle for easy ordering

• Ordering guides will be uploaded in the ordering platform for easy reference

• Parents can now off-set their refunds via wallet when purchasing meal plan / pre-ordering

As some of you will be aware, we have previously offered the opportunity to sit the Australian NAPLAN assessment to our Australian families.

Unfortunately, this year the assessment administration dates advised by NAPLAN fall during the March break. 

We have requested permission from NAPLAN to enable the assessments to be taken after the break, however this is not permitted.

As a result, we will not be able to support these assessment this academic year.

Yesterday, an email was sent to all families to complete a very brief re-enrolment survey for Term 1, August 2024.

Please assist us to complete the survey which can be found here. This information is very important for us as it enables us to confirm the number of classes required in each Year Group for Academic Year 2024/25.
