Primary Learning summaries and Secondary School Reports have been shared this week.
Please take the time to discuss with your child the progress they have made, both academically and personally. Our aim is always to nurture their all-around growth and well-being.
Year 7 - 9 semester reports for MYP and Term 2 reports for Years 10 to 13 are now published and available to view and download in the Engage Parent Portal
(where you book learning conferences). If you have trouble logging in, please contact Learner Services.
We are excited to present the proposed updates to the Nexus uniform and are eager to gather your input on the envisioned new appearance. Your feedback from the uniform surveys earlier this year has been carefully considered and we have taken meaningful steps to enhance the overall experience for our learners.
We are currently talking to suppliers about materials and fit and will get samples produced early next term for everyone to have a look at. Your contributions have played an important role in shaping these developments and we appreciate your time in contributing to this process.
If you have not seen the new designs, kindly take a moment to view them and give us your feedback in the Google form linked below:

Current Uniform
Knowing that not all parents will be replacing uniforms for August 2024, there will be a transition period where the current uniform can be worn to allow time for learners to get the most out of their current uniform. In short, it will be acceptable to wear your current uniform if you do not purchase new items in August 2024.
The major changes are to the colour of the beige shorts/skorts and the change in the IBDP shirt colour. We will also be looking at improved material and fit as per your feedback.
After consideration and a thorough review of our cafeteria credit system, Chartwells has decided to embark on a new and fresh approach. Effective from Monday 22 January 2024 if learners forget their cards or have insufficient credit we are introducing a new provision – fresh bread and a variety of spreads for all our learners during designated break times. This adjustment aims to streamline the process and ensure that learners have access to a basic, nourishing snack during breaks. Learners who are unable to purchase a snack or lunch will be able to grab a sandwich of bread and spreads.
Nexus remains committed to our philosophy that NO learner goes hungry.
We do ask that families help keep learners' EZ link cards topped up with money and that students are organised with their cards each day.
