Learners from Kindergarten - Year 4 

Parents must log into the Activities Portal themselves  and choose activities together with their child. For new Nexus families, you should have received an activation email from SchoolsBuddy in early January which explains how to sign in to the Activities portal.

Learners from Year 5 - 13 

Learners must log on to the Activities Portal  themselves and sign up for/request activities. These learners should use the Google Single-Sign-On option while logged into their Nexus Google account. We encourage parents to work together with learners during this process to help plan the children's weekly schedules.

IMPORTANT ·         

Once allocations have been made, activities can be viewed in the Activities Portal. You will NOT receive an email to notify you.         

Please note there is no advantage to selecting early in the process. The system randomly allocates places based on preference after the portal closes.      

Please ensure you consider the commitments you have made to ACSIS Sport, Swimming or Music Ensembles when selecting your CCAs.
