If not using Common App or NCAA: Email Mrs. Sherri Markle at smarkle@newportsd.org and include the following information:
The complete name and address of institution of where you need your transcript to be sent. If you would like your transcript to be sent to a specific person at that address, please include that person's name in your email.
Your full name that was used at time of graduation (i.e. maiden name), any name change since graduation, and the year you graduated.
The best contact information for you in case there are questions about your request.

Please realize that official transcripts must go from Newport High School to the institution or agency needing the transcript.
To request an unofficial transcript from Newport High School:
You are able to obtain an unofficial transcript; however, it will be marked UNOFFICIAL and it is unable to be used in any official capacity for entrance into a college or for a job position.
