To apply for TANF funding for HU programs please make sure you have the following documents on hand. Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Grigoryan will be happy to assist with the application process.
Students will need to submit copies of the following documents.
A copy of their Social Security Card
A copy of their Birth Certificate
A document with their name and address on it (this can be a report card, drivers licenses, drivers permit etc.)
A copy of a current report card or progress report.
Male students who are 18 or older will need to submit a copy of their selective service registration
If the student is employed, copies of their paystubs are required ( 6 months- worth)
If the student receives TANF/ Cash Assistance, Food Stamps or SSI – public assistant documents are required
If the student has barriers- documentation is required. If they cannot get documentation I do have self-certification forms they can use.

Students between the ages of 14-24 and make less than $29,000 (student income), then they would be eligible after going through the application with us. Our Case Manager assists them through the whole process, so they would not need to do this on their own. If they click the Grant Funded link on the website and fill out the inquiry form we will take it from there. Let me know if you have any questions.
