Article I - Agreement

1.1 The Agreement is entered into this 4th day of October, 2006 and revised on February 12, 2025, between the Newcastle Elementary School District Board of Trustees, hereinafter referred to as the "Board," and the Newcastle Teachers' Association/California Teachers' Association/National Education (NTA/CTA/NEA), hereinafter referred to as the "Association."

1.2 This Agreement is entered into pursuant to Chapter 10.7 of the California Government Code, commencing with Section 3540.
