Alright. So a word on what commissions are and how they work:

In the art community, a commission is essentially asking an artist, whether its your favorite or just one that you like, to draw or paint something for you. it could be business related, government related, or just plain fun.

For example: If you just want the artist to draw you, or a character of yours, or just something you would like to see drawn, like your pet or an apple would be something just for funsies!

Depending on the artist or the specifics of the work, the artist will charge for the work.

For example: A simple line art might be free or as low as one or two dollars, while a fully drawn, shaded, full body, with a background would be more expensive ranging from 5 or 6 dollars (If you find a really nice artist) to 9 or 10 and maybe even 11 or 12 dollars.

While you may want to see something specific drawn, you need to keep in mind that the artist may not feel comfortable drawing certain things. Some guidelines most artists have can be:

No NSFW or inappropriate art

No violent, gory, or any sort of art that promotes dark thoughts or ideas

No art that promotes hatred of a specific racial, ethnic, or religious group

The rules may vary depending on the artist.

Next up is delivery. If you happen to request a painting, or customization, or anything on paper, wood, canvas, etc. , you will have to be comfortable sharing your address of any information that will help the artist mail said art to you. Mailing art may also cost extra (depending on the artist of course).

Last thing we need to talk about is respect. Don't use any art drawn by the artist to bully or tease anyone. That will be disrespectful to both the artist, and to the person you are bullying. Any art that you get from an artist must be cherished...and cared for...Not to be used for you to swing madly and conceitedly in front of people's faces like a Mad lad.

I cannot stress this one enough, DON'T STEAL THE ART THAT THE ARTIST HAS DRAWN FOR YOU! The artist worked hard to make that art piece for you, and it will hurt their feelings, as well as make you an art thief. If you do consider stealing art, I warn you, the art community is a very tightly knit one, news travels fast and if anyone finds out you stole artwork, then you will probably wake up to find 99+ notifications on your Facebook, Tumblr, DeviantArt, Twitter, etc.

For any artists that don't want their work to potentially be stolen, make sure to watermark your work.

A water mark is an identifiable mark on your artwork that may be in the corner, or in front of the drawing itself that tells people that you made it.  For example, we are all familiar with the free stock photos watermark. That is a rough idea of a watermark.

Now that you are familiar with Commissions...GO WILD!

If you want a commission from me, submit a request into this google forms. If it is a character or specific person or pet you want drawn, submit a picture and make sure to include your tag, and email so I can send it to you.

If you live in ATL, Georgia and want something painted or customized, such as shoes, or even a wall, Send your address, name and email so I can talk with you about it.

*Also, commissions don't have to only be art related. If they happen to be an actor or voice actor, you can do voice requests and request them to say a line from something they voiced in, or you can ask them to read something you wrote for them. The same rules apply for voice clips though. Be respectful and don't ask them to do anything that they aren't comfortable to do.*
