Caricatures are cartoony and often wacky and hilarious drawings of real people. They mostly consist of blown up or exaggerated features on the person who is being drawn. A good example of caricatures would be the popular ATL stationed caricature group, "The toon headz".

My caricatures are more cartoony than wacky. I often instead of making the person look wacky, give them dynamic expressions or poses.
