7th Grade US History will cover the period of pre columbian indigenous peoples to 1870. Topics will include Colonial Life, The American Revolution, The Age of Jackson, Social Movements, and the Civil War and Reconstruction. Throughout the course we will focus on looking at history through multiple perspectives and will emphasize analyzing history through the lens of various disciplines (geography, economics, psychology, political science).
