Meet as a program in the first four weeks of Fall 2027 and be honest about what the data shows, including the uncomfortable parts. Come ready to share one or two points on each of the following- what's working and worth keeping, what you can improve, and what's outside your control. The session is a casual, informal share-out with the other programs in the room.
