Decide how you'll measure student success for each goal. Build the assessment task (a paper, presentation, exam, and so on) and the method to score it, usually a rubric, then sketch a plan to assess every goal over the next three to four years. It doesn't all need to be finished, but at least one goal needs a task and method ready to use in Spring 2027. We'll talk through the tools that make the data easier to collect and read including Student Learning & Licensure, Planning & Self Study, and Desire2Learn (D2L).
