Look at what your program's numbers show, beyond assessment tasks. Before the session, pull your five-year fall enrollment trend, five-year degrees conferred, and recent retention rates from Institutional Research's Data Digest (https://www.neiu.edu/about/institutional-research-and-assessment/data-digest) and agree on one or two conclusions with actionable steps. Then decide whether a completer survey or an alumni survey would tell you more, and draft a short one you can repeat on a regular schedule. Aim to run one by the end of Spring 2027 and build the other the following year.
