We recommend that you first try logging in for the student through the Eduphoria Lockdown Browser on their device:
Username: Student ID #
Password: Student's Birthdate in 00/00/0000 format
Note: If the student doesn't know this information, you can access it on the Student's Profile page in Aware
If this doesn't work, try "Reset Password" on the Student's Profile page in Aware. Please use the student's birthdate noted on the Profile page as the new password.
Want to see these steps in action? Watch the video to the right, "Aware Assessments: Troubleshooting Student Login Issues."
Although Aware grades most item types, teachers will hand score:
Constructed Responses
Text Entry Questions (that Aware may not have scored as closely as teacher prefers)
Watch the video on the left to review how to score Constructed Response questions, rescore Constructed Response questions (due to team calibration changes or accidentally scoring all students at once), and review/rescore Text Entry questions. You can also reference this Constructed Response help file.
Once an "Active" test has been enabled for testing, minor changes to existing questions such as revising the phrasing of a question or correcting misspelled words may still be made.
Although creating, adding, and deleting questions to an active/enabled test is not an option, making the following changes to the assessment is possible when using the Rescore option:
Adjusting performance levels
Updating an answer choice
Zeroing out a question score (since you can't delete questions)
Reassigning a specific TEKS
Changing the type of scoring or question weight
Watch the video to the right to find out how to make changes and rescore an active test that has been enabled.
