St. Mary's Fiesta Jazz Festival This Saturday
This Saturday, all 2nd Period Jazz Bands will be performing at St. Mary’s University (Jazz Ens., Jazz Studio, Jazz Lab, Jazz Combo). All Bands will be performing at the Treadaway Recital Hall. A permission slip will be released this week and will be due Wednesday, April 24th.
Transportation will not be provided. Meet us at St. Mary's University.
Attire: All Black with Fiesta Accessories

8:00am- ALL BANDS Meet at St. Mary's University (1 Camino Santa Maria, San Antonio, TX 78228)
8:50am- Jazz Lab Performs at Treadaway Recital Hall
9:15am- Studio Jazz Performs at Treadaway Recital Hall
9:40am- Jazz Ensemble Performs at Treadaway Recital Hall
10:05am- Jazz Combo Performs at Treadaway Recital Hall
10:45am - Pick up students, if you haven't already.

Our rescheduled Beginner Band Competition & Celebration is happening this Thursday, April 25th!
We apologize for the inconvenience of reshceduling.
Information is the exact same as last time, just with a new date.
Please pick your children up from Main Event at 4:00pm. After 4:15, there will be no adult supervision. You are more than welcome to stay with your child after then if you'd like.
If you hadn't turned in the permission slip for the original date, please sign and return it by this Wednsday. Here is another copy if you need one:

Please see the attachments for 24-25 Audition Music. One attachment is for ALL WIND INSTRUMENTS (non percussion) and the other attachment is for anyone signed up or interested in Jazz Band. Percussion students should receive separate information from Mr. Astorga for music and auditions dates/times. The scales in the attachment are only one octave, please feel free to prepare 2 octaves if you are able. Each student will also be asked to play a short sight reading excerpt that we will provide.
