It's time to send in Spaghetti Dinner Silent Auction Basket Donations. The deadline is This Friday.

Great job everyone. This is probably the first time in the history of the world that a middle school has brought FOUR jazz groups to a competition. 

Kids - don't take this success for granted. It isn't normal. 

Final Spaghetti Dinner Meeting This Wednesday

The time has come! We are two weeks away from our Spaghetti Dinner. This Wednesday at 6pm will be our final Spaghetti Dinner Meeting. 

If you haven't been to any yet, this is the one to come to! We need your help!

We will cover:

• Silent Auction Plan

• Bake Sale

• Decorations

• Performance Schedule

• Volunteer Coordinators

If you are unable to attend but would like to volunteer on the day of the dinner, a signup list will be sent out later. This signup will also include bake sale items and more.

If your child has not sent in a silent auction donation yet, please do so before this Friday becuase our volutneers will be building the baskets starting next week so we will be unable to include any donations after Friday, May 3rd. 

Solo Rehearsals Start This Week

Our Annual Solo & Ensemble Contest is May 22-24th during band classes (We moved it from a weekend, you're welcome!). 

Every Bradley Band student learns and performs a solo at the end of every school year. These solos were passes out months ago and kids have had many opportunities for feedback during class. Accompanists will be on campus starting this week to rehearse with students. Every kid will get two short rehearsals with our professional piano players (accompanists). 

Entry Fee + Accompanist Fee for Solo & Ensemble will be $30 total. Please do not send in money yet. 

Beginner Jazz Schlitterbahn Trip Next Weekend

Next Friday, may 10th, all Beginner Jazz Students will be performing in their end of year competition followed by Incredible Pizza Party, and Schlitterbahn the next day. This event is for beginner jazz students that have consistently attended rehearsals. A paper information sheet has been sent home from Mr. Vilas. We will include a detailed schedule in next weeks newlsetter.

$75 is due ASAP. Check payable to Bradley Middle School.
