Students will need a ticket if they are planning to eat.

Donations for silent auction baskets are due Friday May 2.

• Bringing Bake Sale Items

• Assembling Silent Auction Baskets

• Decor Set Up / Tear Down

• Silent Auction Set Up / Assistance / Tear Down 

• Bake Sale Set Up / Monitoring / Tear Down

• Drink Station Manager

• Hall Monitors

• Ticket Booth

• Trash Clean Up

• Dinner Clean Up

SEEKING DONATIONS

• Large Wicker Baskets (15)

• Babies Breath and Eucalyptus Stems 

• Black or Gold Lanterns for Centerpieces (to borrow and return)

• Wood Slices to Use on Tables (to borrow and return)

  • 12-ish inch diameter, 

• Large ice chests and/or water jugs (to borrow and return)

• Plastic party cups - 16 oz. -  GREEN  (think red party cups…but green!)
