Overview
All entering MM students take REQUIRED competency tests in Music Theory and Music History. The tests will be offered in two testing cycles: one in June and one in August. You may take these tests in EITHER June or August.
If you take any of these in June and do not pass, you may attempt the exam(s) again in August.
Students MUST sign up to take these exams by filling out the online forms linked below. Zoom links will be sent to registered students approximately 24 hours prior to each exam. All times given are in US Eastern Daylight Time

In alerting you to the dates and times of these exams now, we hope that you will be able to block the times in your calendars and be prepared to take the tests as scheduled.
