Tracker Viewing Options:
Numbers (Default): This will show the student ID and will show how many students are in each proficiency level under each standard.
Colors: This gives you a snapshot of the different proficiency levels across all of the assessed standards next to each student’s name. This also shows how many students are in each proficiency level under each standard.
Percent: This will change across the bottom to show you the percentage of the class proficiency levels in each assessed standard.
Tracker Overview
The colors/proficiency levels shown are based on the MOST CURRENT assessment given in that standard.
You can hover over a proficiency level to see the raw score
Analyzing a Standard
Click on the standard you want to look at
It will open the standard and show you all the data from every assessment given in that standard.
Each column is a different assessment. You can see how they did on each one.
Analyzing a Student Assessment
Hover mouse on the assessment name
Click on Performance Grader
click on icons on the image below to navigate Performance Grader
Analyze Reports & Grade Level Data
Click on the Standards you want to analyze
Hover your mouse over the assessment you want to analyze
Click on Reports
A window will pop up with some graphs and you can navigate the different tabs depending on the data you want to see for your class.
You can also click "Assessment" in that window to see the test questions and answer key.
Item Analysis: Shows you how your class did on each question
Student Mastery: Shows your class proficiency for the specific assessment
Teacher Comparison: Shows the proficiency levels for each teacher that gave the common assessment.
