The Departmental Representative for Substitutions and Waivers approves sub/waiver forms. Changes to this membership can be made by emailing our degree analyst.
NDUS has an Academic Discipline Group (ADG) for music, consisting of representatives from music departments from each NDUS institution and UMary. The group meets annually (usually in the spring) to discuss Common Couse Numbers (CCNs), Articulation Agreements, GERTA (the gen ed transfer system), and other related topics.
Music courses are evaluated by the music Department Evaluator. Transfer courses have to be mapped to our curriculum. This is done using a system called TES, and updates to the Department Evaluator can be sent by the department chair to the Transfer Credit Coordinator in Registration and Records.
