     • Candice shared that she does have a couple of buyers in the works for some of her inventory homes

     • She also noted that she does not want to change the product type on her existing buildings, as this would decrease home values in the community and require potentially rewriting existing contracts. She also shared that she would need a finished product to show people and extensive details on pricing to be able to properly sell.
