Caryn is working on information to send an eblast on the new section of lots, but she is not ready to send this until the section is further along, likely in August
Caryn confirmed that she would like to have a tablet registration form for Beallair
Caryn shared that she has a Middleton that is 1.5 months from being walkable. She would like to discuss doing an "only two Middletons left" email on our next call.
Caryn shared that she had at least two new leads from Zillow this month, and both were quality leads
Caryn mentioned that she has a price meeting in early August, so we may need to adjust our digital ads after
