Summary: Welcome to Notre Dame College Prep Track and Field! Whether you are a sprinter, distance runner, thrower or jumper, (or not quite sure) there is a place for everyone on our team.

Every week we'll post some videos to help you gain strength and work on your speed, endurance and running form. Each video will give you drills and exercises to help you become a better athlete. They are filled with skills and drills our track athletes do all season long (and off-season too!)
