Levels: Junior Varsity, Varsity

Summary: Notre Dame Golf had a very successful 2019 season in both the varsity and frosh/soph levels. The Varsity Team finished the season with a 9 – 5 season and a 3rd place finish in the ESCC Conference Tournament. Varsity Captain and Co-MVP player Lucas Geiger ’20, took top honors in the conference tournament becoming the second player in 31 years to capture medalist honors with a 1st place individual finish. Varsity player Sam Scully ’22 became another member of the back to back sectional qualifiers in the ND program. The Frosh/Soph Team finished the season with a 11 – 0 season and a 2nd place finish in the ESCC Conference Tournament. Froh/soph player Jake Stefanowicz ‘22 took a 2nd place finish in the ESCC Conference Tournament. The Golf program competes in a very competitive conferences as well as in one of the toughest regionals in the Chicago land area. Notre Dame’s home course is Willow Hill in Northbrook and the upcoming try-outs will take place on August 10th, 11th and 12th.
