Philadelphia is the world's most muraled city! We will take tours given by the acclaimed Mural Arts Philadelphia group to switch gears towards appreciating the arts and how they have played a vital role in telling the stories of Philadelphia's history, heritage, and heroes. This will be a walking tour, so it is weather permitting.
Barbeque exists all over the world... we want you to experience it American-style! After the academic portion of the day, we will offer games, swimming and other activities before enjoying an American BBQ buffet on our campus lawn.
Some of Notre Dame's very own history teachers will lead a tour of Philadelphia's Old City neighborhood, the birthplace of our nation. This will be a walking tour, so it is weather permitting.
