There is no cost for ND students. Sister schools will be responsible for flights, hotel, and dinners most nights. Consider bringing spending money for snack, souvenirs, or other miscellaneous items. Please note that almost all vendors here take credit and debit cards but Apple pay is not as widely available here as it is in many other countries! Cash is generally acceptable as well but more small vendors as moving to cashless systems.
Generally, no. Some courses may require basic prerequisites, and they will be listed on the course descrption page.
Some preparation will will be required. Those details will be shared by the course teacher later in the summer.

There is no GPA requirement for you to apply or take any of the courses.
We plan to hold a Zoom meeting in early July with all student and adult participants so that we can break the ice and go over some important reminders. You will also have breakout room time with your course classmates and teachers and with your spirit squads! Date and time will be shared at a later date.
We ask that students from all schools wear their uniforms Monday-Friday. Our opening events on Sunday can be comfortable and casual dress. For Wednesday's BBQ we would ask that students pack a small backpack with a change of clothes and a bathing suit. For the evening activities in the city, students can wear comfortable and casual clothes.
July in Philadelphia and its suburbs is typically hot and sunny. It is typically around 25-27° C. We also can get rain and thunderstorms during our summer.
