The Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA) is an organization that aims to support and empower Latinx and underrepresented medical students through advocacy, professional development, and community engagement. LMSA works to increase the representation of Latinx individuals in the medical field, address health disparities, and promote cultural competence in healthcare. 

LMSA PLUS extends these efforts to include pre-medical students, offering resources, mentorship, and guidance to those preparing for medical school. By joining LMSA PLUS, pre-meds can connect with current medical students and professionals, gain insights into the medical school application process, and build a supportive network as they pursue their medical careers.
