Since its inception, the Notre Dame Forum has been supported by Cavanaugh Council and President’s Circle funds. Each year, the Forum focuses on a central theme of particular importance to the University, the nation, and the larger world, addressing this theme from multiple perspectives across multiple keynote events. The Forum aims to extend the dialogue into our classrooms, labs, studios, workplaces, dining halls, and residence halls, and develop a campus-wide conversation.

The 2023–24 Notre Dame Forum will focus on the theme, "The Future of Democracy."
