ABOUT US

NCSU has schools located in various communities within the Northeast corner of Vermont, commonly referred to as the Northeast Kingdom.  The Kingdom is known as the state’s most beautiful and undisturbed region.  It offers breathtaking scenery, many recreational and cultural opportunities, numerous lakes and mountains with a close proximity to Jay Peak and Burke Mountain Ski and Summer resorts.  The area features Northern Vermont University with campuses in Lyndon and Johnson, and a campus of the Community College of Vermont.  Our location on the Canadian border Canada makes us an International community with Montreal and Burlington located only 1 ½ hours away.

The School District educates students in early childhood, an alternative school, 9 elementary schools, a middle school, a high school and a regional technical center, collectively serving over 2,700 students.
