Open Enrollment

OPEN ENROLLMENT WILL tAkE PLACE OCTOBER 30, 2024 THRU NOVEMBER 15, 2024. 

Employee changes in plan coverages, including switching plan options and/or adding/removing dependents without a qualifying event are limited to our annual open enrollment period.   An employee's election is irrevocable for the length of the 2025 calendar year.  Employees with legally qualifying change-in-life events, such as marriage, birth/adoption, or loss of health coverage, etc. will be permitted to make relevant changes in coverage during the 2025 calendar year.  However, with this type of status change, the employee will have only a set number of days from the date of the life event to make plan/coverage changes.  All changes and required forms need to be received by either the HR or Payroll department no later than the last day of open enrollment, so November 15, 2024.

        Section-125 (this includes cash-in-lieu benefits, Flexible Savings Account, Dependent Care Account, etc.) 


PLEASE NOTE THAT THOSE THAT PARTICIPATED IN AN FSA (FLEXIBLE SAVINGS ACCOUNTS) DURING THE 2024 CALENDAR YEAR CAN ROLL OVER A MAXIMUM OF $640 INTO THE 2025 CALENDAR YEAR.
