Data Expectations

Advising Corps Members will keep track of their student interactions, scholarships awarded, FAFSA completions, college applications completed, and any additional data needed by NC State CAC, CAC National or AmeriCorps. 

GRACE

As an adviser, GRACE allows you to track your students’ progress towards postsecondary education and overall allows you to utilize many reporting capabilities to see your overall progress and impact at your school. Advising Corps Members should submit all interaction data with students at the end of each service day. Advising Corps Members are required to submit additional data according to the bi-weekly or monthly requirements by the designated due dates. Advising Corps Members will inform program staff immediately of any issues with GRACE that may inhibit timely and accurate data keeping.
