Complete this Google Form: No-Pay Request
The no-pay request will be sent to HR for approval.
Send a copy of the employee's signed county or NC A &T offer letter/contract to the DBC.
A Job Action Request (JAR) will be initiated by the DBC. A background check is required of all no-pay employees.
The DBC will create an NCSU No-Pay offer letter and will then send it to the employee for signature.
Paperwork will be sent to HR for entry into the system.
The employee will receive an email from the Onboarding Center when a Unity Id and email address have been created.
DISCLAIMER: It can take up to two months to have a no-pay entered in the system - depending on when the request is received and then approved. The HR department enters newly hired NCSU employees, any payroll actions, and reappointments before entering no-pays.
