Open your google form and select the three vertical dots next to your profile picture. Then select “Print.”
Select “save as PDF” as the Destination and save it to a place on your computer that you can find it, such as your Desktop or Documents folder.
Once you click “Save,” it will be in that file.
Open the spreadsheet with responses.
2. Copy and paste the top row (with the text of the question)
3. Add a new worksheet
4. Click on a cell at the top (i.e. A1) and paste special > paste transposed
This will create a list of your questions in a column (instead of a row)---the top entry one is a generated timestamp, so you can erase that.
5. Copy and paste this column onto a google document or word document and paste values only.
