The Online and Distance Education (ODE) website serves as a central resource, showcasing detailed information about DE programs for prospective students. Managed by DELTA’s ODE team, the website is regularly updated in collaboration with program coordinators to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Designed to be student-focused and user-friendly, the ODE website supports the needs of over 130 DE programs. Its primary goal is to attract prospective students and encourage them to apply and enroll in your programs.
The ODE Administrative Services team typically conducts outreach twice a year to add new DE programs to the ODE website. If your program is not listed, please email our team, and we will guide you through the process of creating a program web page.
The development of your program’s web page is a collaborative effort between the ODE Administrative team and the program coordinator. We will provide a Google template to gather all the necessary information for the page. Once the information is collected, the ODE team will create the web page and share it with the program coordinator for review and final edits. After the edits are complete, we will publish the new program page on the ODE website.
We recommend reviewing your program’s web page content each semester or at least once per academic year. If you notice any errors or outdated information during your review, please complete the Website Change Request Form. A member of the Administrative team will then update your program’s page on the ODE website.
Changes that can be made to your program’s web page include updates to program contact information, eligibility requirements, the plan of study, and course listings. Please note that some content, such as career information and course descriptions, cannot be updated on the ODE website.
As the content expert for your program, it’s important to review your program's web page on the ODE website each semester, or at least once per academic year. During your review, we recommend checking for outdated, inaccurate, or hard-to-read content.
Additionally, we suggest adding a link to your college or department's website on your program page and using evergreen content whenever possible. Evergreen content remains relevant for an extended period of time and therefore doesn’t require frequent updates.
