DELTA's ODE team organizes annual meetings for DE program directors, coordinators, and staff. These meetings offer an opportunity to:
Collaborate, share ideas, and exchange best practices
Discuss policies, trends, and challenges affecting DE programs
Learn about new technologies, resources, and teaching tools
Provide input on how DELTA can better support academic programs

The Spring 2025 meeting opened with a keynote address by Hannah Grieser from Lightcast on "Data-Driven Strategies for Workforce-Aligned Program Development." Chris Willis, DELTA’s Associate Director of Research and Analysis, then presented on insights from the 2024 DELTA Student Needs Survey. This was followed by a Panel Discussion on navigating challenges in Online & Distance Education, including limited resources, recruitment, and more. The forum concluded with a discussion on maintaining academic integrity in the age of AI.

The Fall 2023 meeting began with an opening keynote by Dr. Helen Chen. This was followed by a panel discussion featuring Dr. Kimberly Allen, Dr. Angie Smith, Angel Bowers, and Dr. Dan Spencer on Supporting Online Students' Well-Being and Sense of Belonging.
Bethany Smith then facilitated an open-topic roundtable discussion, where participants voted on the topics they wanted to explore. Recruitment was the topic that received the most votes and was chosen for discussion.

During the Spring 2023 meeting, Dan Spencer and Rebecca Sanchez introduced WolfSnaps, a short, nimble asynchronous pedagogy series. Marty Dulberg followed with an overview of new Wolfware tools. The President and President-Elect of the Graduate Student Association provided an update on the Graduate Student Association.

Dr. Donna Petherbridge welcomed the group and provided an overview of DELTA's history. The meeting included two breakout sessions: "Improving the Quality of Online Education – Getting Faculty on Board," facilitated by Dr. Tamara Pandolfo, and "Unlocking the Power of Email Marketing," presented by Kathy Harper and Gregory Hedgepeth.
Following the breakout sessions, a panel discussion on "Student Engagement: Challenge or Opportunity" took place, with panelists Terrell Robinson, Dr. Melissa Ramirez, Dr. Bevin Maultsby, and Stacy Gant.

Alexis Lockett then presented on the Online and Distance Education (ODE) Website, which included the status of the ODE website refresh, the importance of reviewing program web pages, and key details on topics such as application deadlines, Slate request forms, and the ODE virtual orientation.
