About the DE Program Faculty and Staff Forum

DELTA hosts an annual DE Program Faculty and Staff Forum that brings together colleagues from across campus to explore key topics in distance education, emerging technologies, and university initiatives shaping DE programs at NC State.

The forum is open to all faculty and staff involved in or supporting distance education programs at NC State and offers valuable opportunities for professional growth, networking, and collaboration.

Spring 2026 Forum Highlights

The Spring 2026 DE Program Faculty and Staff Forum focused on the theme “Advancing DE Programs through Collaboration, Innovation, and Strategic Alignment.” The forum featured informational sessions, a panel discussion, and opportunities for networking.

Sessions highlighted key university and DELTA initiatives, including updates on NC State’s Online Education Initiative and the upcoming LMS transition to Canvas. Attendees also gained insights into marketing strategies for increasing program visibility and explored diverse approaches to supporting and sustaining DE programs across colleges.
