AIIDE-18 Registration Information

The AIIDE-18 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, the opening reception, the poster/demo session reception, and access to the electronic AIIDE-18 proceedings. Technical registrants also receive a discount on attendance at workshops and tutorials.

Admittance to the AIIDE-18 Opening Reception (Thursday, November 15) and conference-wide Poster Session (Friday, November 16) is included in the AIIDE-18 technical conference registration. Guests are welcome for the following fees:

Refund Requests
---------------
The deadline for refund requests is October 19, 2018. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at aiide18@aaai.org. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Onsite Registration

Preregistration is required prior to arrival onsite by registering online. All attendees must pick up their registration packets in the foyer of the Centennial Centre for Interdisciplinary Science (CCIS) Building, University of Alberta, North Campus (see https://www.ualberta.ca/maps?l=53.522898,-113.525575&z=15&campus=north_campus&b=ccis). Registration hours are scheduled for Tuesday-Wednesday, November 13-14, 8:00am - 2:00pm; Thursday, November 15, 8:00 - 5:00pm; Friday, November 16, 8:30am - 5:00pm; and Saturday, November 17, 8:30am - 12:00noon. These hours are subject to change depending on the final program.
